The Agony Scene

The ad in the paper said that you could sell wedding ring and sell diamond ring settings to the local jewelry store and expect to receive more than you would think. Now, if I am thinking that to sell my wedding ring it should be a big amount, yes. Was my wedding ring very cheap because we were just kids and did not have much money, yes. I do not believe that I ever want to sell wedding ring to the jewelry store.

Now, I do have a diamond ring that my grandmother gave me and it is in a setting that just looks very old. I never wear it, but I do cherish it. I know that I would not mind to sell diamond ring setting to the store, if I could just have it reset. Gold is at an all time high right now and since the setting is gold then maybe I could get the new setting in a cheaper priced metal like silver.

I think that I will check out the website that is listed with the ad in the paper. I guess that there are examples of how much people are paid and the merchandise they sold on the site. That would be neat to see if any of them compare to what I have from my grandma.

I made a new year’s resolution to get into shape. I do not have the will power to do it on my own, so I thought that hiring a personal trainer would be a really good idea. I found a personal fitness trainers Australia directory online and started sorting through all of the names on it. Some of the trainers had their cost per hour listed on the site and some did not.

I took the personal trainer directory phone numbers and started calling. Some of the trainers were not taking new clients and the ones that were, told me that the prices that were on the personal fitness trainers Australia directory were incorrect. When they gave me the new amount, I had to tell them that I could not afford them and then hang up.

Two weeks went by and then I decided to just get on the personal trainer directory again to see if there were any new trainers listed, just because I was curious. There was actually a new listing from a trainer who had just moved to the area and he had reduced rates to try and put together a quick client base. I called and set up our first session for the beginning of next week.

The Purell that was in the storage closet with all the other bathroom supplies is gone. I know that yesterday when I filled them all up in the morning, it was there. It is a morning ritual for me to go around the office and refill every automatic Purell dispenser that we have. There were at least two big gallon jugs in there yesterday and now they are gone.

I decided to check out all of the other supplies and found that the foam soap that goes in the soap dispensers seems to be running lower than it should be too. I only have to fill up the soap dispensers every other day and so I did not look at that this morning but it is defiantly lower than what it should be but there is still a little left.

I let my boss know that there was just a little issue with the missing Purell and soap but he told me to just order some more and to go to the store down the street to replace it till the bulk order came in. I guess that since it is his money replacing the missing things and he did not care, I should not worry about it either.

I think that preventative dentistry is very important and this is why I run a moving clinic located in the projects. I help many kids and adults with getting the much needed preventative dentistry that they need and would never have otherwise, had my friend and I not started up the moving clinic.

I remember the first time I helped out an eighty year old lady and fitted her with her first set of false teeth. She had been on a liquid diet for the last ten years since she had lost all her teeth to decay and could not afford to have false teeth made for her when the old teeth were pulled out.

I use her story all the time when I clean little kids teeth in our make shift clinic. She gave me permission to tell her story and to show her before and after pictures to anyone who I deemed it necessary to talk to. I make sure that preventative dentistry is pounded into these kids minds and that they will always remember me and the eight year old woman who finally got her false teeth. I just hope that it sinks in and they take good care of their teeth with either a regular dentist office, or a free clinic.

My mother thinks that I am a baby still and bought me some footie pajamas for my birthday. I wonder how many other thirteen year olds have boys pajamas with feet attached to them. I never want to hurt her feelings but since she leaves me no choice but to, I told her to send them back. She just looked at me with a puzzled look and asked why.

My father just rolled his eyes and told my mother that teenage boys pajamas pretty much consist of a pair of pajama pants and a t shirt. She said that since I was just a little boy, I had loved wearing footie pajamas to bed and just because I am getting older, should not make me ashamed to be comfortable.

She went on to let me and my father both know that she had discovered a company online that makes the footie pj’s in all adult sizes, so we could actually all wear them and then maybe it would make me feel more comfortable. You should have seen the look on my father’s face when she suggested that he wear a pair of pj’s with feet sewn into them, it was priceless.

I was happy to see that they sell diamonds by themselves at the store I had walked into when I was on vacation. My grandmother gave me quite a few gold ring settings but told me that when times got tough, she used to take them into the local jeweler and sell the diamonds out of them. She would have them replaced with cubic zirconium and my grandfather would never know the difference. I loved all the settings, but did not want any cubic zirconium on my finger. I talked with the owner of the we sell diamonds store and he told me to just send him the rings and he would make them look fabulous and then send them back to me.

I got home from my vacation and pulled all the fake diamond rings from my jewelry box. My husband saw what I was doing and asked if things were so bad that we had to sell diamond jewelry or what. I explained that I had bought some diamonds to replace the fake ones in theses and had to send them off to be exchanged. I also had to let him know that if things were that bad off, sell diamond jewelry to make it would come after sell golf clubs, so he will know if we ever need to “make it” by selling things we own.

We just overheard that some of the guys in the office are going to be putting together a team for the Scottsdale coed soccer league. They have not asked any women in the office to be on it and from what I understand; they do not plan on it either. I think that it is pretty crummy and wonder if all of us women need to get together and make our own team for the Scottsdale soccer league.

I am sure that when the guys find out that we are thinking of competing on the Scottsdale coed soccer league they will think that they are going to beat us easily but they do not know that four of us women in the office played soccer at the college level. It has never come up in conversation, but I think that we might just drop that little tidbit in their ear and see if they ask us to join their team.

If the guys in my office do come to us more experienced soccer players and ask us to join their Scottsdale soccer league team then I know that we will most certainly turn them down. If they thought that we were not good enough before, we do not want to be with them now.

I will never be sure if I chose the exact perfect policy for me, but after looking over the different term life insurance and no medical exam life insurance policies for three days, I just finally chose one that seemed like it would work. In fact, I chose the one that would cover all of my debt, my funeral expenses and also some left over for anything else I did not think of.

My lawyer suggested that I get the life insurance after we started to work on my will and he found out that I did not have any life insurance at all. He gave me some different pamphlets that explained all about the different kinds there were including term life insurance and no medical exam life insurance.

I thought that only old people got life insurance but he explained that if I was setting up a will, I was obviously coming to terms with the fact that I would not be here forever and I needed to take care of the debt I had incurred while I was here and prepare for the possibility that I may have a family someday that will need to also be taken care of too.
