A study reveals that stress can affect human’s health. Yes, I agree with it, it lowers the function of your immune system and your body could hardly accommodate, or interact with environmental stimuli.

For me, I should manage my stress immediately by simply finding ways how to deal with it. Actually there are easy ways in managing your stress such as proper sleeping, relaxation, safe bathing, and meditation or yoga.

In my experience, I prefer to soak myself in a tub with warm water. It releases my stress easily. So, when my boss assigned me to other area, I made sure that I have my customized bath tub with me, so that if ever stress may come along, I could easily manage it, anytime and anywhere. I found uneasy especially when I am in a new environment, which way stress may pop up any time.

I don’t care if other people may call me crazy, or someone with OC, the important thing that I shouldn’t live without is my favorite bath tub. If other people won’t last their day without their cell phones or computers, but me I won’t last a day without my bathtub.
