A local window company was offering to put in replacement windows in your entire home for half the price of any competitor. I thought you must be crazy to not take them up on the offer if you were in need of new vinyl windows. I found out that they were a new company and were trying to build up their client base. Two of my neighbors told me that they were taking advantage of the offer and were both scheduled to have their replacement windows installed during the following week.

I was happy for both of them and curious to watch the new company put them in. The first neighbor to have theirs done were very happy to have vinyl windows that tilted in to clean. I remember when we put our new windows in, that was a must have feature. The second neighbor had triple pane vinyl windows installed and was looking forward to saving on their energy bill.

They figured anything they saved would be a plus to the look of the new windows. I noticed that the half off offer only lasted for about a month and the replacement window company must have accomplished what they wanted to because I see their installation trucks all over town.
